Loved the modern room designs, layout, and furnishings. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great location to access downtown and the "L" to see the rest of Chicago.
The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan to get rid of shower steam.

I Book this hotel on the basis of in the UK Crowne Plaza standard in the UK. This is'nt the same in the USA it more like a 3 Star Holiday inn Standard. Also room not very sound proof form the amount of traffic that you can hear all during the night.

I really liked that the hotel was close to Union Station as that's the way we usually travel to Chicago and we were able to walk to the hotel. Nice facility, very secure and clean. Also liked having a pharmacy/grocery store so close, very convenient. We will be back. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and attentive.
We couldn't open our balcony door because of the smell of grease (from the kitchen?) We were on the 3rd floor in back of hotel. We were too tired to ask to change our room when we discovered this. Also no pool in the hotel. There are too many hotels in the city and doubt I will ever be back.

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is the front desk staff is very polite, and the bed was comfy.
Even though I reserved 2 non-smoking rooms, I was given 2 smoking rooms, and I have severe respiratory problems. No accommodations were given to rectify this. According to the hotel, they cannot guarantee to provide what I had purchased through Booked.net. They told me to try for a non- smoking room the next day. So the next day, when I asked about getting 2 non-smoking rooms, they told me that they were sold out....even though I hardly saw anyone in the parking lot or the hotel. Aside from this, the room was small, stunk, ultra thin walls (I got the honors of listening to the neighbors having sex the first 10 mins I was in the room), no luxury at all for the amount I paid, and the fact that this was rated a 4 star hotel.....I was severely disappointed to say the least. The valet is almost nowhere to be found EVER, the front rotating door will quit rotating and lock you into it. This hotel was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

The location of the hotel was near a friends condo. I t was nice to have a bar/dining option located in the Hotel.
No real complaints - just an average room at an above average price due to its location. Most of the hotels I looked at in that area were the same price so obviously the location dictates the price they can charge.
